• We will assist you with the appointment of the First Level Controller and independent auditors.
• We will perform reviews of your accounting system in advance of our fieldwork. This enables us to assess key areas such as costings, overheads and payroll, thereby improving efficiency.
• We will liaise with your project co-ordinators to perform the required testing with the minimum disruption to your business.
• We will always have sufficient resources to react quickly to your ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• We will ensure our reports for you are signed promptly in advance of being issued to the relevant bodies.
